"Customer" refers to a User who posts requests for services or products on our Platform.
"Merchant" refers to a User who provides services or products through our Platform.
"Request" refers to a description of services or products that a Customer is seeking.
"Offer" refers to a proposal made by a Merchant in response to a Request.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

Users may register as either Customers or Merchants. Different features and functionalities are available based on your account type.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a Customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when posting Requests
Respond to communications from Merchants in a timely manner
Clearly communicate your needs and expectations
Pay for services or products as agreed upon with Merchants
Provide honest feedback about Merchants' services
Not post fraudulent or misleading Requests

5. Merchant Responsibilities

As a Merchant, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your services or products
Respond to Customer Requests in a timely manner
Fulfill your obligations as described in your Offers
Maintain appropriate categories for your services
Provide services of acceptable quality
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not make false or deceptive claims about your services or products

6. Request and Offer Process

Customers may post Requests for specific services or products. Merchants may browse and respond to these Requests with Offers. The Platform facilitates this interaction but is not a party to any agreement between Customers and Merchants.

Once a Customer accepts a Merchant's Offer, both parties are expected to fulfill their respective obligations. The Platform does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services or products offered by Merchants.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

Using the Platform for any illegal purpose
Posting content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonating another person or entity
Posting false or misleading information
Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's functionality
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
Using automated scripts to access or scrape data from the Platform
Posting content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

8. Content Ownership

By posting content on our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.

You retain ownership of any content you post, but you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to post such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations you may have incurred or any commitments you have made to other users.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

WE DO NOT CONTROL, ENDORSE, OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONTENT SUBMITTED BY USERS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS OFFERED BY MERCHANTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO USE OUR PLATFORM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
